AKARIYA Cancellation Policy Overview

This information is provided for convenience. In case of any contradictions or discrepancies with the the Terms of service, the Terms of service will prevail.

• Full refunds are granted for cancellations made up until 48 hours prior to the 00:00 of the scheduled delivery date (Full Refund Period). However, we are unable to refund any costs incurred at the time of receiving payment and the costs associated with sending the refund.
• If you are unhappy with an our products, we will provide refunds for a substandard AKARIYA Delivery at its sole discretion.
• If you did not specify a delivery location at the time of order or any other necessary information was not confirmed, there may be instances where the Full Refund Period is exceeded by the time all order details are confirmed. Even in such cases, we regret that we are unable to provide a full refund.
